Are you looking for a fun Valentine’s Day activity to do with that special someone? Wanting to make your own sweet treats to give as a gift? Look no further!
Join Kellen Whaley of Whaley Sweet as he walks you through a step-by-step class on how to decorate a set of four lovely Valentine-themed cookies. Sugar cookies, icing, supplies, and maybe a snack or two will be provided.
All you need is a willingness to learn and, of course, love.
Kellen Whaley has been baking for over a decade and is 100% self-taught. He created Whaley Sweet in 2013 and has been providing sweet treats to friends and family, as well as the greater Kansas City metro, ever since. In 2018 he was a winner on Food Network’s Christmas Cookie Challenge and returned in 2019 to become winner of Cookie Wars. He was last seen on Food Network in 2021 on a Returning Champions episode of Christmas Cookie Challenge. All the while, he has expanded his reach in KC, doing pop-ups and teaching instructional classes.
