Elixir, the Kansas City Museum’s soda fountain located downstairs, is now open. The Museum is partnering with local restaurants and coffee shops—including The Spot Coffee Bakery & Café, The French Market & Café, Marcell Coffee, and Fairway Creamery—to offer a limited menu of grab-and-go/pre-packaged food items such as sandwiches, salads, charcuterie plates, baked goods, chips, and more.
House sodas, bottled juices, ice cream scoops (try the Corinthian Crunch, a museum exclusive by Fairway Creamery), sundaes, milkshakes, phosphates, coffee and espresso drinks, Hugo tea, local wine & beer, and select cocktails will also be offered.
