Come hear Bruce Mathew’s presentation and book signing on Kansas City Collective Memories, in the J.E. Dunn Construction Theater, a 232-page journey of memories formed by each of us, stories to be shared by all of us.
The items featured in this book have come from Kansas City’s Municipal Stadium where The Blues, The Monarchs, and The A’s played their games. They come from our favorite restaurant or department store, sadly no longer with us. Or, they have been handed down within our own families, from generation to generation. Many are unique, one of a kind. Many were widely distributed, but few remain. All of them, however, have memories that cry out to be shared.
