Representative Emily Weber, a Democrat, represents Jackson County (District 24) in the Missouri House of Representatives. Born in South Korea, Emily was adopted and raised in rural Kansas. She attended Butler Community College and the Kansas City Art Institute. Emily is a graphic designer, a member of the Greater Kansas City Women’s Political Caucus and Women in Politics Foundation, and she serves on the policy committee for Climate Action KC.
