The Kansas City Museum offers guided tours on Fridays and Saturdays when the Museum is open to the public. Tours offer opportunities for discussion and connection.

HISTORY OF THE LONG FAMILY TOUR

Corinthian Hall, the former R.A. Long family mansion is the first building on the Kansas City Museum property to be restored and renovated. Join the Museum’s Visitor Experience Team for a one-hour guided tour of the first floor of Corinthian Hall. Learn about the history and the philanthropy of the Long family. Enjoy the ambiance of each room, explore how particular rooms were significant to Long family members, and revel in the imagination of living in the Gilded Age.
