Carole Cadue-Blackwood

Carole Cadue-Blackwood is an enrolled member of the Kickapoo Tribe in Kansas. She is an advocate for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Peoples and pushes for legislation in Kansas and federally for “Savanna’s Act.” Carole is the liaison between the Kansas City Indian Center—where she is a Case Manager and Social Worker—and the United States Attorney General’s Office for the Western District of Missouri Department of Justice Community Coordination Unit.
