Cafe Ollama is Kansas City’s Latin American inspired coffeehouse with traditional specialties such as Cafe de Olla, home of the Coffee Flights, and Kansas City Star’s #2 coffee shop. Cafe de Olla dates to the Mexican Revolution, where the Adelita’s, women of the revolution, came up with the delicious “coffee from the pot” and Mexico hasn’t turned back ever since.

In this culinary class you will learn how to make both atole and champurrado. Guests will also enjoy their drink with a tamal. Both meat and vegetarian options will be available.
