Guests will enjoy a non-alcoholic 0.0% sparkling Wilfred spritz upon arrival, crafted of a blend of natural botanicals, made with zesty bitter orange, aromatic rosemary and a hint of rhubarb. This aperitif will prepare your palate for what is to come!
You will then get to season, spice and hand-pull your very own mozzarella ball with the guidance of the Mozzy Madam herself. Charcuterie will be provided to mangiare along with your handmade creation.
We will finish the night with a Prima Dolce Affogato. Sweet, Italian bubbly (0.0%) poured over limoncello sorbet, topped with a sprig of mint.
