En este taller, tendrás la oportunidad de aprender sobre la preparación del mole costeño elaborado por la cocinera tradicional Elida Soriano, originaria de Villa de Tututepec, Oaxaca. Conocerás los ingredientes, el proceso de preparación y, al final, podrás degustar un delicioso mole, acompañado de una sabrosa sopa de arroz. Y, por supuesto, no faltará la degustación de un exquisito mezcal reposado de San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca.
In this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the preparation of coastal mole, crafted by the traditional cook Elida Soriano, hailing from Villa de Tututepec, Oaxaca. You will discover its ingredients, the preparation method, and, in the end, savor a delicious mole served with a tasty rice soup. To top it off, you won’t want to miss the tasting of a fine aged mezcal from San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca.
